All the matter rules of confidentialities enacted by the FEVAD (Federation of the companies of remote sale) and the CNIL (For national data-processing) are completely complied with by the owner of the shop and the suppliers.

Information relating to the orders and the customer is filed on waiters managed by the owner of the shop to make function only its network.  The access to the data is authorized only to the supplier to treat the orders. 

Information is strictly confidential and is used the owner of the shop only to inform its customers.  Despite everything customers can ask by simple mail the network PW-Est (see useful addresses) not to receive information apart from those concerning its orders.

Stored information is neither shared nor resold with other suppliers that those of the owner of the shop.
